Not long ago, the Cleveland Indians sent a sales representative to my office and sold ticket packages for $40 that included 4 tickets to any game of my choice, and 6 buy one, get one coupons. I think this would be an excellent idea for any Horizon league team. Now, granted, I realize that budget contraints may make this very difficult or darn near impossible, but hey this is the Marketing forum and this is an idea right?

Most definitely. I like it. Most ticket workers are paid at least in part by commission. So they might want to do that.

The other benefit is built-in advertising. People who didn't know that their city even had an HL team will see the person selling tickets, and maybe check the team out online and maybe go to a game. That is an added benefit of sending a sales rep around to different workplaces
